Research Interests

• Professor Song Xue’s team focuses on the treatment and rehabilitation of coronary heart disease, and studies the molecular mechanism of inflammatory cells and molecules involved in the repair process of myocardial injury and infarction. The concept and application of minimally invasive surgical coronary artery bypass grafting proposed by the team are unanimously recognized by patients and peers. The research results are of great value to promoting revascularization, infarct size reduction, cardiac function improvement. The results also promoted research on pathogenesis and treatments of aortic and valve diseases.
