Biography

  • In 2009, Zhang graduated from Jilin University with a master's degree and received her doctor degree in biology from the University of Münster , Germany in July 2013 (supervisor: Prof Lydia Sorokin). From Oct 2013 to Jun 2017, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Physiological Biochemistry and Pathological Biochemistry, School of Medicine, University of Münster, Germany. ln August 2017, she joined Shanghai Cancer Institute, focused on the research related to the tumor immune microenvironment.

  • As a project leader, she has chaired one Youth program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, two General Programs of Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai, and one General Program of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission. She has published more than 20 SCI papers as first author/co-first author and corresponding author/co-corresponding author, including Journal of Experimental Medicine, Nature Communications, Cell Death & Disease, Cell reports, Journal of Immunology etc.
