Biography

  • Dr. Jun Li, male, was born in August 1980. In June 2002, he graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in cell biology. In September of the same year, he studied in molecular immunology of USTC as an exam free student and obtained a master's degree. In April 2006, he went to Japan to study in the Department of human architecture, Tokyo Medical University. In March 2011, he received his doctorate.

  • At present, he is the youth project leader and associate researcher of "State Key Laboratory of Oncogenes and Related Genes" of Shanghai Cancer Institute, Ren Ji Hospital, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). In recent years, he has devoted himself to the study of neuroendocrine regulation of tumor microenvironment, and achieved a series of important research results. He has published 41 SCI papers, including 6 papers of first / co-first author, 8 papers of corresponding authors, 1 paper with impact factor > 20, 5 paper with impact factor > 10, 3 papers with impact factor > 5, mainly including: Journal of Hepatology,Gastroenterology,EBioMedicine,Int J Biol Sci,Oncogene,FASEB J and other international journals. He participated in the translation of one book "tumor microenvironment". Three national invention patents were applied and two patents were authorized.

  • He has presided 2 General programs of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), 1 Youth program of NSFC, 1 Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, 1 major special sub project of the 12th Five Year Plan as the main technical backbone, 1 Academician foundation of Shanghai Cancer Institute, 2 Shuobo innovation fund of Shanghai Cancer Institute, participated in 1 General and 3 Youth programs of NSFC. As the second adult, he got the second prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award. In 2019, he was selected into the "peak plateau" double hundred person plan of School of Medicine, SJTU.
