Biography

  • Dr. Hong Li obtained her Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2011 and is currently a Professor of State Key Laboratory of Oncogenes and Related Genes, Shanghai Cancer Institute. Her major research interests are molecular mechanisms of hypoxia driven HCC progression and finding new uses in cancer for existing drugs. As a principal investigator, she has gotten 4 projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 Shanghai Municipal Health System Outstanding Academic Leaders Foundation Program, 2 grant from Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai, etc. She has authored or co-authored more than 40 papers in international famous magazines and 4 applied patents.
