The flow cytometry facility (FlowCore) is equipped with six cell analyzers (BD AccuriC6 Plus, BD LSRFortessa, BD LSRFortessa X20*2，BD LSRFortessa X30，Cytek Aurora) and three cell sorters (BD FACSMelody，BD FACSAriaIII，BD FACSAria Fusion). It provides investigators with advanced instrumentation for multiple-parameter analysis of various types of cells based on their needs. In addition, all the analyzers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to researchers for self-service analysis if they demonstrate competence to use the analyzers and complete the training and the test. Our FlowCore is now servicing scientists from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and also a broader range of scientific clients from outside campus.
