| Overview |
The Biomarker facility (BiomarkerCore) is equipped with eight analyzers (XFe96 Extracelluar Flux Analyzer；BioLogic DuoFlow；ABI 7500 fast RT PCR；ABI ViiA 7 RT PCR；ABI QuantStudio 7 Flex RT PCR；Biosafe Optima XPN-100 Ultracentrifuge；Immunospot Analyzer；Suspension Array System). It provides investigators with Extracelluar Energy Metabolism Analyze, Separation and purification of protein , Real-time PCR, Ultracentrifuge and Immunospot Analyze based on their needs. Our BiomarkerCore is now servicing scientists from Shanghai Jiaotong University and also a broader range of scientific clients from outside campus. |
