孙莲慧,独立PI,青年研究员,硕导。2015年博士毕业于华东师范大学生命医学研究所,同年入职上海交通大学医学院附属第一人民医院临床转化研究院,于2025年03月入职上海交通大学医学院松江研究院/上海交通大学细胞与基因治疗研究院。研究方向聚焦于脑肿瘤或脑转移瘤相关的肿瘤类型,围绕细胞代谢与肿瘤免疫微环境调控分子机制,提出肿瘤治疗新靶点、新策略、新方法。研究成果以第一或通讯(含共同)作者在Nature Communications (4篇)、Current Biology (Nature Review专评文章)、Cell Reports、Advanced Science(封面杂志)等期刊发表多篇研究论文,获得国家发明专利3项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目,入选上海市扬帆计划,山东省泰山学者青年专家项目等。现任北京慢性病防治与健康教育研究会委员、Exploration杂志青年编委。

实验室聚焦于脑肿瘤或脑转移瘤相关的肿瘤类型,如胶质母细胞瘤、肺癌脑转移瘤、乳腺癌脑转移瘤等,围绕细胞代谢与肿瘤免疫微环境调控分子机制,提出肿瘤治疗新靶点、新策略、新方法,并致力于开发肿瘤早筛技术、肿瘤耐药复发的新分子标志物的转化及应用。
方向一:围绕蛋白质翻译后修饰,研究与细胞代谢异常相关的蛋白质功能及其调控,揭示其生理和病理意义。
方向二:围绕肿瘤细胞与免疫微环境调控的信号分子通路,研究肿瘤免疫微环境重塑的机制。
