课题组长简介
郭栋,研究员,课题组长。研究方向聚焦于葡萄糖代谢等代谢途径在肿瘤、代谢性疾病及神经退行性疾病等疾病发生发展中的作用及其机制。已在相关领域发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Cell Metabolism、Immunity、Molecular Cell(2021, 2025)、Nature Metabolism、Nature Reviews Cancer等期刊发表研究论文十余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年B类项目(原优秀青年科学基金)、面上项目、青年C类项目,四大慢病国家科技重大专项(课题负责人)等多项科研项目。作为主要完成人之一获中华医学科技奖一等奖、浙江省自然科学奖一等奖。

新陈代谢不仅为生命体提供了赖以存在的物质与能量基础,也深刻调控着其他诸多关键生命过程。我们的研究系统阐明了多种代谢重编程现象的发生机制及其在肿瘤等疾病发生发展中的重要作用,并揭示了多种代谢酶与代谢物的非经典功能。课题组未来将继续深入探索细胞葡萄糖代谢稳态的调控机制,及其在肿瘤、代谢性疾病及神经退行性疾病等疾病发生发展中的生物学意义与潜在转化应用价值。
