Research Interests

Our group focuses on the induction of  immune tolerance in transplantation and strategy for tumor biotherapy,including: 1. How Chinese Traditional Medicine trichosanthin(TCS) regulate immune responses and applications and the underlying mechanism. 2. To elucidate the epigenetic mechanism of CIITA on the differentiation and proliferation of T lymphocytes via MHC. 3. The effect of B7-H1 and regulatory T cells on immune tolerance. 4.Translational research of tumor immunotherapy.
