Research Interests

inflammation, innate immune cells, intravital imaging

Research interest:
The lab's main research interest is to understand in vivo dynamics and functions of myeloid cells (neutrophils, macrophages etc) during inflammatory responses and how hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic components coordinate in complex tissues and organs. We incorporate several cutting-edge techniques such as intravital imaging, single cell sequencing and disease models to decipher the interactive behavior and functional outcome of myeloid cells in different tissue compartments.
