主要包括:

用于分子影像学、分析化学、化学生物学、纳米医学手段开展转化医学研究:

1. 发展基于活体拉曼光学影像、核酸(核酸适体、DNA自组装)化学的诊疗一体化纳米体系,用于肿瘤的可视化检测和治疗,如术中诊疗残余肿瘤、药物剂量监控、克服靶向药物耐药、分子靶向治疗可视化诊治等。

2. 利用生物可降解,生物安全的高分子聚合物构建纳米缓控释药物输送体系,开发其在口服结肠靶向给药中的应用


个人简历

上海交通大学医学院特聘教授,博士生导师,国家海外高层次青年人才,上海市卫生健康学科带头人,上海市高层次人才。北京大学医学部药学院学士;中国科学院化学所与美国佛罗里达大学联合培养博士;美国麻省理工学院与哈佛大学医学院癌症纳米交叉研究中心Robert Langer实验室博士后;2014年底起在上海交通大学医学院任现职至今。从事活体拉曼成像分析及疾病诊疗应用的研究,发表论文60余篇,总引用达8000; 近年来以通讯作者Nat Biotechnol, Chem, J Am Chem Soc, Nat Commun. Adv Sci, Nano Lett., ACS Nano, Anal Chem等杂志发表论文, 代表性工作被Nat BiotechnolResearch Briefing进行亮点介绍和评述。申请国际国内专利13件,授权7件(含PCT2件),其中1件专利成果在人体临床研究中展示安全及有效性。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国自然国际地区合作项目等国家级项目7项。获哈佛大学华人科学家奖,美国癌症研究协会青年女科学家奖、全国颠覆性技术创新大赛总决赛最高奖、上药杏林育才奖等。现任美国化学会Anal Chem 杂志顾问委员,中国化学会分子医学专委会委员;中国抗癌协会纳米肿瘤学专委会委员;中国化学会女化学工作者委员会委员。
