研究方向
课题组致力于超灵敏检测技术的开发,检测蛋白质、酶、核酸、小分子等疾病标志物,并开发配套的检测设备,用于感染性疾病、癌症和神经退行性疾病的精确诊断。
主要研究方向如下:
1.开发新型单分子免疫检测技术,检测蛋白、核小体和外泌体等生物标志物,基于机器学习算法构建诊断模型,用于液体活检。
2.开发高灵敏、高通量的方法和设备,检测病原基因和耐药基因,以及肿瘤相关基因,用于分子诊断。
3.开发新型多重荧光成像方法,用于细胞和组织内的蛋白、DNA/RNA、酶等的原位成像,结合深度学习算法提取特征,用于病理诊断。
个人简历
上海交通大学医学院研究员、课题组长、博士生导师,国家优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)获得者、国家重点研发计划首席青年科学家。本科和硕士毕业于大连理工大学,博士毕业于德国慕尼黑工业大学,师从于欧洲著名分析化学家Reinhard Niessner教授。2017年到2021年为美国哈佛大学助理研究员,合作导师为美国国家技术创新奖获得者David R. Walt院士。专注于超灵敏检测技术的开发,检测核酸、蛋白质和小分子等生物标志物,并开发相应的检测仪器,用于感染性疾病、癌症和神经退行性疾病的精确诊断。在JACS、Chemical Science、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy等期刊发表论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、上海市科委和卫健委等科研项目。
