本研究组致力于研究衰老及肝脏代谢疾病的调控机制。具体包括:
1、衰老分子机制研究;
2、脂肪肝(MASLD和ALD)、肝癌等肝脏疾病的发病机制及治疗策略:
3、儿童早衰症(HGPS)机制研究及治疗新策略;
4、器官间通讯机制及病理生理学意义(肝-骨通讯、肝-心通讯、肝-脂通讯等)。

贺明,上海交通大学医学院教授、博士生导师,宝钢优秀教师、上海市教学能手、上海市五一劳动奖章、上海市青年五四奖章获得者,入选上海市“东方英才(拔尖计划)”及“浦江人才”计划,现任上海市细胞稳态调控与疾病前沿科学研究基地副主任,中国老年学和老年医学学会抗衰老分会委员、中国遗传学会衰老遗传分会委员、中国病理生理学会内分泌与代谢专业委员会委员、Life Medicine 杂志编委等。长期聚焦衰老及肝脏代谢机制及干预策略研究,深度解析长寿基因在衰老相关肝脏代谢紊乱起源和调控网络中的新功能,并以此发掘干预新手段。共主持6项国家自然科学基金和5项上海市基金,在国际主流期刊 Cell Metabolism,Nature Metabolism,Journal of Clinical Investigation,Cell Discovery等发表四十余篇研究论文,多篇论文被选为高被引论文。
