研究方向与进展>>>

本课题组的主要研究兴趣是细胞器应激在疾病发生与组织再生中的功能及调控机制。我们的研究体系包括小鼠和人的造血干细胞、白血病干细胞;聚焦的科学问题包括线粒体应激与造血干细胞再生以及白血病的发生与发展;内质网应激与造血干细胞命运决定;核仁应激与造血及骨髓再生;人类造血干细胞体外扩增小分子药物筛选及其衍生细胞产品开发。我们的研究对于各种恶性或非恶性血液系统相关疾病的治疗具有重要意义。

郭滨,生物化学与分子生物学博士,上海交通大学基础医学院病理生理系、细胞分化与凋亡教育部重点实验室研究员、博士生导师;入选国家海外高层次人才计划青年项目,上海市海外高层次人才特聘专家、东方学者特聘教授。主持国家重点研发计划“干细胞及转化研究”青年项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。相关研究成果发表在Nature Medicine、Nature Cell Biology、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Leukemia、Nature Communications、Autophagy、EMBO Reports等期刊上。
