研究方向与进展>>>

课题组的主要研究方向为病原细菌感染的致病机理和宿主先天免疫识别机制。

主要包括:解析细菌-宿主互作界面PAMPs/DAMPs-PRRs识别的分子机制;内膜系统损伤感知、修复与疾病相关表型;病原细菌毒力因子的鉴定和功能研究。

许悦,2012年起在北京生命科学研究所邵峰实验室进行博士学习与博士后研究,2021年加入上海交通大学医学院基础医学院病理生理系,担任课题组组长。研究工作主要聚焦病原细菌感染的致病机理和宿主先天免疫识别机制,研究成果以第一作者或最后通讯发表在Cell、Cell Host & Microbe、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology等期刊。入选国家高层次青年人才、中国科协青年人才托举工程、上海市青年科技启明星、药明康德生命化学研究学者、启源学者等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家自然科学基金细胞青年专项1项、上海市自然科学基金面上项目1项、参与科技部国家重点研发计划1项、香港研究资助局项目1项。
