研究方向>>>

炎症在肿瘤的多个步骤中都起着至关重要的作用。本实验室集中研究连接炎症和肿瘤的细胞和分子机制。我们将:1)研究巨噬细胞和树突状细胞免疫代谢调控机制;2)探讨应激反应对T细胞和调节性T细胞代谢稳态和抗肿瘤免疫力的调控;3)阐述肿瘤细胞来源的信号如何调控其微环境中的免疫细胞和免疫反应以探究肿瘤转移机制。我们长期的目标是开发治疗免疫疾病和癌症的药物和新策略。
