长期从事生物信息方面的研究工作，研究重点一方面是基因测序数据的挖掘与分析，另一方面是微生物组与疾病的研究。

3. 肠道微生态与免疫系统的相互作用。

陈磊研究员，基因组与微生物组学课题组组长。2010年获得贝勒医学院博士学位；2010-2014在圣路易斯华盛顿大学从事博士后研究；2014-2016在美国杰克逊基因组医学实验室担任生物信息分析师;2016加入我院，任“基因组与微生物组学”课题组组长。陈磊课题组长期从事生物信息方面的研究工作，研究重点一方面是基因测序数据的挖掘与分析，另一方面是微生物组与疾病的研究,相关成果发表在Nature，Science，GenomeResearch 等杂志上。
