课题组主要运用基因编辑小鼠模型以及分子细胞生物学方法探索肝损伤、脂肪肝、肝硬化以及肝癌的发病机理。

目前研究方向:

1. 探索SWI/SNF染色质重塑复合物在肝脏再生、脂肪肝、肝硬化和肝癌中的分子作用机制。

2. 探索免疫治疗在肝癌中的作用和分子机制。

3. 利用肝癌类器官培养模型模拟肝癌发病机理并探索治疗新方法。

个人简历 >>>

孙序序,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2010年获得上海交通大学医学院细胞生物学博士。2010年至2012年曾在上海东方肝胆外科医院及香港中文大学中药研究所从事肝癌分子病理诊断及脂肪肝方面研究。2013年至2018年在美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心从事表观遗传调控肝再生与肝癌方面博士后研究工作。现兼任中华医学会医学细胞生物学分会第六届青年委员会委员、中国细胞生物学会会员等职务。相关研究成果发表在Cell Stem Cell, Cancer Cell, EMBO J, Elife, Hepatology, Cell Reports等期刊上。
