细胞骨架及相关细胞器(如中心体、纤毛等)在形态维持、信号传递、细胞分裂、细胞干性和分化、组织器官发育和稳态维持等众多生命活动中发挥着广泛作用,这些细胞器的异常往往伴随着疾病的发生。本实验室主要使用人类遗传学、动物模型、细胞生物学和结构生物学等手段,探讨细胞骨架相关细胞器在生理和病理生理状态下的调控方式及相关疾病的致病机理,并致力于开发疾病相关的治疗方法。

主要研究方向:

1.中心体和纤毛相关的人类遗传疾病。

2.细胞骨架如何在癌症、再生和衰老等病理生理过程发挥作用。

曹木青,上海交通大学基础医学院病理生理学系PI、细胞分化与凋亡教育部重点实验室PI,获得国自然优青项目、上海高校青年东方学者人才项目支持。主要关注细胞骨架相关细胞器在生理和病理生理过程中的调控方式和作用,使用多种技术手段,探讨相关疾病的发病机理。独立建组后,以通讯作者(含共同通讯)在Genetics in Medicine(2021)、Nature Communications(2022,2023)、PLoS Biology(2023)、EMBO Reports(2023)等学术期刊发表多篇研究论文。
