研究方向/主要研究内容

专业及研究方向：空间流行病学、媒介生物学、群体遗传学

主要从事空间流行病与卫生统计学相关的研究，深入开展了血吸虫病及其中间宿主湖北钉螺、黑热病及其媒介白蛉、疟疾及其媒介多斑按蚊复合体的分子系统地理、景观遗传学研究、空间流行病学研究，开展了基于地理信息系统、遥感、空间统计、媒介生物学等技术的空间流行病学应用研究，包括全球气候变暖对我国钉螺分布范围的影响、重要传染病环境相关因素流行病学模型的建立等。

Research Interest

Majors   and Research Interests: Spatial Epidemiology, Vector Biology, Population   genetics.

Mainly   work on spatial epidemiological and health statistical research. Conducted in-depth   molecular phylogeographical, landscape genetic and spatial epidemiological   research on Schistosomiasis   and its intermediate host Oncomelania hupensis, Leishmaniasis and its vector   Phlebotomine sandflies, and Malaria and its vector Anopheles maculatus   complex. Carried out applied spatical epidemiological research based on GIS,   remote sensing, spatial statistical and vector biological skills, including ‘The   influence of global warming on the distribution of Oncomelania hupensis in   China’, ‘Epidemiological modelling of environmental determinants of major infectious   diseases’, and etc.
