医学博士，主任医师，硕士生导师，上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科行政副主任，现任中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科分会秘书，中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科分会青委副主委，中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科分会儿科学组委员，上海医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科分会青委副主委，上海医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科分会儿科学组委员，《耳科学》和《Journal of otology》编委等。长期致力于外中耳畸形重建、人工听觉植入、中耳炎治疗及听力重建，鼾症和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征序贯治疗，小儿耳鼻咽喉疾病等方面诊疗。
