个人简介:

华中科技大学同济医学院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科博士,哈佛医学院博士后。研究方向是优化治疗载体和探索治疗新靶点,开展啮齿类和非人灵长类内耳基因治疗,推动耳聋基因治疗临床转化,以实现听觉障碍的精准治疗。研究成果发表于Nature,JACS,  Nature Communications,STTT,Hearing Research等杂志。目前主持或结题国家自然基金项目两项、省部级课题四项,入选国家“优青”、上海市“东方学者”、“浦江人才”、上海市卫生计生委“优秀青年医师培养计划”、上海交通大学医学院“双百人”、“九龙奖”。

主要研究方向:

优化载体推动遗传性耳聋基因治疗;探索噪音性聋的机制及治疗靶点;基因调控促进耳蜗细胞再生;非人灵长类动物内耳治疗研究。
