王旭,博士,本科和硕士毕业于大连理工大学,师从于生物化学专家彭孝军院士。博士毕业于德国慕尼黑工业大学,师从于欧洲著名分析化学家Reinhard Niessner教授。2017年到2021年为美国哈佛大学助理研究员,合作导师为美国三院院士、Illumina创始人 David R. Walt 教授。王旭博士在 JACS、Chemical Science 等著名刊物发表多篇一作论文,并申请多项国际专利,担任Frontiers in Chemistry客座副主编。

课题组致力于超灵敏检测技术的开发,检测蛋白质、酶、核酸、小分子等疾病标志物,并搭建配套的检测仪器,用于癌症、心血管疾病、神经退行性疾病的早检和诊断。

主要研究方向如下:

1.开发超灵敏、高通量的单分子免疫分析检测疾病标志物

2.开发超灵敏的方法检测酶活性,并用于单细胞分析和药物筛选

3.开发新型荧光检测方法,用于细胞和组织内的蛋白质、酶、RNA、活性氧等的成像
