研究组长介绍

张晶,2004年本科毕业于南开大学生命科学学院,2009年于中国科学院上海研究生院获得博士学位,先后在UC Berkley和西南医学中心从事博士后研究,2015年起在西南医学中心担任助理讲师。2019年加盟上海交通大学医学院基础医学院病理生理系担任课题组长。2020年入选上海市浦江人才,目前兼任上海市病理生理学会监事会成员。系列研究成果在Genes & DevelopmentHaemotologicaOncogene等国际优秀学术期刊。

研究方向与进展

本课题组运用生物化学,分子和细胞生物学,模式动物小鼠,化合物筛选等手段研究氧化应激引起的细胞坏死的前沿重大问题,并探索延缓缺血性疾病,纤维化疾病等的新方式。主要包括以下方面:

1)铁死亡的发生机制以及对急性肝损伤的影响;

2)一种新型的氧化应激坏死的机制探讨以及对急性肾损伤的影响。
