个人简历

2007年毕业于南京大学生命科学学院,获生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位;2008年底起在美国国立卫生研究院癌症研究所(NIH/NCI)进行博士后研究,主要从事先天免疫调控肿瘤发生发展及肿瘤炎症反应的分子机制研究。2016年至2020期间先后在美国国家儿童医院(CNMC)肿瘤免疫研究中心,及美国马里兰大学医学院人类病毒研究所(UMBC/IHV)免疫治疗中心担任Staff scientist及副研究员,从事癌症免疫治疗生物学相关机制及抗肿瘤免疫检测点治疗相关副作用(Immune-related adverse events, irAE)分子机理的研究。2020 年9 月加盟上海交通大学医学院上海市免疫学研究所任课题组长。相关研究成果发表于Blood, Cell Res, Science Immunol, Nature Immunol, Cancers, Mol Cell Endocrinol等国际期刊。


研究方向

本实验室的主要研究兴趣集中在肿瘤免疫机理的探索及免疫治疗的开发上,专注于免疫细胞在肿瘤发生发展及肿瘤杀伤中的作用及调控,从淋巴细胞和髓系细胞同时入手,结合临床抗体研究和人源化动物模型开发,通过研究肿瘤免疫(Tumor immunity)和自身免疫(Autoimmunity)的分子机理,开发安全有效的肿瘤免疫治疗新抗体,新药物靶点,新化合物及联合疗法。


科研项目

国家自然科学基金委员会面上项目,通过靶向Treg解偶联肿瘤免疫治疗中自身免疫副作用的关键机制研究,2021年1月至2024年12月,项目负责人。
