脂肪组织代谢稳态的免疫调控;天然淋巴细胞发育及功能的调控机制及其与炎症性疾病的关系。

团队介绍

本课题组围绕代谢与免疫两大系统在生理和病理状态下相互作用的调控网络进行研究, 在整体水平,聚焦免疫细胞尤其淋巴细胞对系统性代谢疾病如2型糖尿病的调控作用及临床意义; 在细胞水平,研究代谢因素以及胞内代谢通路对免疫细胞功能的影响和机理。主要研究方向为:

1、探究肥胖诱导的胰岛素抵抗免疫机制

2、天然淋巴细胞ILC发育和功能的代谢调控机制
