研究组长介绍

孙序序,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

2010年获得上海交通大学医学院细胞生物学博士。2010年至2012年曾在上海东方肝胆外科医院及香港中文大学中药研究所从事肝癌分子病理诊断及脂肪肝方面研究。2013年至2018年在美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心从事表观遗传调控肝再生与肝癌方面博士后研究工作。现兼任中华医学会医学细胞生物学分会第六届青年委员会委员、中国细胞生物学会会员等。相关研究成果发表在Cell Stem Cell, Cancer Cell, EMBO J, Elife, Hepatology, Cell Reports等期刊上。






研究方向与进展

染色质重塑复合物是一类改变染色质结构调控基因表达的复合物,这类复合物基因在肿瘤中存在广泛突变,提示其抑癌基因作用。课题组运用基因编辑小鼠体内模型,分子细胞生物学以及生物信息学等方法研究染色质重塑复合物表观遗传调控在肿瘤以及其他疾病中改变染色质结构及细胞行为的作用及分子机制,解析相关发病机理。具体为:

(1)SWI/SNF染色质重塑复合物在肝癌中的分子机制研究。

(2)SWI/SNF染色质重塑复合物突变对细胞分化重编程的作用研究。

(3)针对SWI/SNF复合物突变肝癌的靶向药物研究。
