研究组长介绍

 王琼,上海交通大学医学院研究员,干细胞与再生医学研究组组长,博士生导师。2010年在美国罗切斯特大学获得生物医学遗传学博士学位。随后在美国纪念斯隆-凯特琳癌症中心进行博士后研究。2018年起在上海交通大学医学院组织胚胎学和遗传发育学系担任课题组组长。其实验室主要致力于干细胞的分化调控机制和临床应用的研究,学术论文发表于Cell Stem Cell, Developmental Cell, Genes & Devlopment等杂志。并先后获得NYSTEM Postdoctoral Training Award,MSKCC Helena Johnson Hackley Society Scholar Prize等荣誉和国家自然科学基金面上项目的资助。




研究方向与进展

干细胞是一类具有自我复制和无限扩增能力的多潜能细胞。根据其产生的部位和分化能力,可分为胚胎干细胞和成体干细胞。胚胎干细胞具有分化成多种类型的细胞和再生各种组织器官的功能。而成体干细胞具有分化成来源器官的各种细胞类型的能力。阐明干细胞多能性和分化的调控信号通路是了解其生理功能和病理机制的前提条件。本课题组主要使用基因组学、表观遗传学和计算生物学等方法,并结合干细胞、类器官和动物等多种模型研究干细胞在生理或病理情况下的分化调控机制,最终促进干细胞的临床应用。主要研究方向:1. 胚胎干细胞向中内胚层分化的“开关”调控机制。2. 中内胚层成体干细胞的分化调控和临床应用。
