母婴与儿童护理学二级学科PI，上海儿童医院兼聘PI，上海交通大学护理学院-美国华盛顿大学联合培养博士。中国生命关怀协会人文护理专业青年委员，中国医学模拟教学联盟非技术性技能专委会委员，《Journal of Pediatric Nursing》编委，《中西医结合护理（中英文）》杂志青年编委，《International Journal of Nursing Studies》等国内外护理期刊审稿人。

主持国自然青年项目等科研项目8项，发表论文30余篇，其中以第一/通讯作者发表JCR Q1区及卓越期刊等高质量论文11篇。主持中华医学会医学教育分会和全国医学教育发展中心医学教育研究课题、上海高校青年教师培养资助计划等教改课题12项，发表高质量SCI教学论文3篇。
