个人简介

陈倩,上海交通大学医学院儿科学博士。读博期间,以“上海优生儿童队列”为平台,学习并具备了流行病学的研究思路和方法,重点关注生命早期环境因素暴露对儿童健康的影响。通过参与“上海优生儿童队列”的跟踪随访工作,进一步强化了出生队列随访工作的实践能力;熟练掌握出生队列中大数据的收集、储存、处理与统计分析能力;同时在实验室里具备了环境因素收集、检测和基础分子实验技术。博士后期间继续关注生命早期因素对儿童过敏性疾病的影响,并从表观遗传学角度探讨可能的分子机制。已累计发表SCI文章26篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者12篇。
