个人简介
2018年博士毕业于香港大学，后继续在香港大学开展博士后研究工作，于2021年1月加入上海交通大学公共卫生学院。主要研究领域包括药食两用植物对肿瘤、肥胖、糖尿病、酒精性与非酒精性脂肪肝等代谢性疾病的干预作用及机制探讨，特别是免疫及肠道菌群在代谢性疾病的调控。以第一作者（含共一）或共同通讯作者在 Clinical and Translational Medicine, Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety, Frontiers in Immunology, Oxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity, Food & Function 等学术期刊发表SCI论文19篇，其中2篇入选ESI前1%高被引论文。论文总引用次数超过3200，个人H指数31。
