个人简介:

上海交通大学公共卫生学院副研究员,硕士生导师,入选上海市浦江人才计划。2017年毕业于复旦大学并获得生物信息学博士学位,曾在硕博连读期间联合培养于美国德克萨斯大学生物统计系;2017年进入上海交通大学医学院公共卫生学院工作;2019-2020年于乔治亚大学生物信息中心开展访问研究工作。


主要从事营养基因组学、遗传流行病学、基因组学及人工智能赋能精准健康研究。围绕基因-环境-营养互作与复杂疾病发生机制这一核心科学问题,综合运用大规模人群队列、多组学整合分析、因果推断及人工智能方法,系统研究营养因素、遗传变异与代谢性疾病、神经退行性疾病等复杂疾病的关联机制及健康效应。近年来,在Environmental Science & TechnologyGenomics, Proteomics & BioinformaticBrain, Behavior, and Immunity等国际一流杂志以第一/通讯(含共同)作者发表论文20余篇,授权发明专利2项,软件著作权2项。担任Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatic Briefing in Bioinformatics等多家SCI杂志审稿人。主持及参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、上海市科委、上海市教委等10余项科研项目,致力于推动人工智能、多组学技术与精准健康研究的交叉融合。

研究领域:

1.营养基因组学与精准营养

研究膳食、营养素与遗传背景的互作机制,解析营养因素对健康衰老及慢性疾病的影响规律,发展个体化营养评估与精准干预策略。

2.遗传流行病学与多组学系统生物学

整合遗传学、大规模人群队列及多组学数据,解析复杂疾病的病因机制与生物标志物。

3.人工智能驱动的精准医学与数字健康

开发人工智能和生物医学大数据分析方法,构建疾病风险预测、精准营养评估和健康管理模型。


教学工作:

主要承担本科及研究生授课任务,包括《医学信息学》《R语言医学数据分析》《营养大数据》《营养与食品卫生》《转化毒理学》等
