2017年毕业于复旦大学并获得生物信息学博士学位曾在硕博连读期间联合培养于美国德克萨斯大学生物统计系2017年进入上海交通大学医学院公共卫生学院工作;2019-2020年于乔治亚大学生物信息中心开展访问研究工作。主要从事精准医学与公共健康相关研究。基于人类遗传学、基因组学及临床表型数据,深入研究复杂疾病发生发展过程中的遗传因素与环境因素的交互作用,构建广泛应用的健康指数标准体系并建立健康标准数据库,系统性地探讨和发展用于复杂疾病预防的新技术和新方法。以第一承担人获得国家自然科学基金一项,校级课题两项,参与国家级和省部级多项课题研究。研究成果发表在Molecular Biology and Evolution, Genomics Proteomics and Bioinformatics, Brain Behaviour and Immunity等国际一流杂志,累积发表SCI论文20余篇。学术兼职为国际MAQC学会(组学大数据质量控制学会)会员、美国人类遗传学会会员(ASHG)、分子生物与进化学协会(SMBE)和中国生物工程学会暨全国计算生物学和生物信息学学会会员。担任Briefing in Bioinformatics、Genome Biology and Evolution、Current Drug Metabolism等多家SCI杂志审稿人。


研究方向:

基因组学与精准公共卫生:利用基因组学和其他大数据和人工智能来预测疾病风险和与结果,用于改善群体健康;

基于多组学数据整合的复杂疾病靶标预测研究;
