个人简介
赵珊,先后于英国利兹大学和澳门大学攻读健康心理学方向硕博课程,后在北京师范大学心理学部完成博士后研究,现任上海交通大学公共卫生学院助理研究员。
主要研究方向
1、压力应对与压力健康管理、心理健康问题的测查与评估
2、以思维模式(如成长型思维、压力思维)为核心的精准干预
3、处境不利儿童与青少年的心理健康与积极发展
4、社交媒体使用、饮食行为与心理健康
5、童年逆境对青少年心理与行为发展的影响机制
