荆丽梅，上海交通大学公共卫生学院研究员，研究生导师。哈佛大学博士后，阿尔伯塔大学访问学者；浦江人才，“医苑新星”公共卫生领导者，杏林学者；上海市科技专家等。

聚焦老年护理与安宁疗护、医保支付与评价激励、心理健康与慢病管理等，为政府相关政策制定和完善提供循证依据。

中国医学伦理学安宁疗护专委会副主委，中国生命关怀协会人文关怀专委会常务委员，上海社区卫生协会常务理事、安宁疗护专委会副主委，中国卫生经济学会卫生经济理论与政策专业委员会常务委员，中国中医药信息学会中医药智库分会常务理事，上海卫生经济学会理事、副秘书长，上海市预防医学会公共卫生应急专业委员会委员，上海市科技专家、健康上海专项行动专家等。

主持项目：主持国家级和省部级基金10余项，包括国家社科基金、国家自然科学基金，教育部社科基金、国家医保局、国家卫健委科研项目，上海市政府决策咨询、哲社基金、自然科学基金、软科学研究项目，CMB（CO-PI）等，主持完成上海市教委重点课程、各级政府委托课题等数十项。

科技奖励及荣誉：获得上海市科技进步二、三等奖，浦东新区科技进步一等奖，国家卫健委研究成果一等奖等科技奖励；获国家版权局软件著作权5项。指导学生获得国家奖学金、全国优秀论文一、二等奖，并获得上海市优秀毕业生、优秀共产党员等各类荣誉。

科研论文及著作：以第一或通讯作者发表中英文学术论文100余篇，主编、副主编和参与出版著作10余部。

科研成果转化应用：主持开展的卫生费用核算、支付方式改革、安宁疗护管理、医药分开改革、人才激励机制等研究成果获得国家和上海市政府部门采纳，转化为相关政策文件。
