Brief Introduction

Guohong Li, MD, Ph.D, Professor in Health Policy and Management，Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Served as the vice dean of School of Global Health, Chinese Center for Tropical Diseases Research, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Doctor of Health Economics from the School of Public Health, Fudan University, Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Health Policy, Stanford University, and Research Fellow at the Institutefor Global Health, Harvard University.

A health economist, her work focused on health system evaluate, hospital management, elderly healthcare and assessment, early child development, management of chronic diseases, incentives of health workers. Over the years, as the PI, she has received funding from the World Health Organization, National Natural Science Foundation of China，Ministry of Health,and Ministry of Education , complete the number of projects focus on the allocation of health resources, health reform, long-term care, and published over 100 peer review articles in professional journals. She is Executive Director of the Chinese Society of Health Economics, Executive Member of the Medical Insurance Branch of the Chinese Society of Health Economics, Executive Member of the Social Medicine Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Vice Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Economics Society of the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association, Vice Chairman of the Active Brain Health Branch of the Shanghai Aging and Degenerative Disease Society, Chief Expert of the Philosophy and Social Science Research Major Project of the Ministry of Education, and Member of the Third Textbook Review Committee for Health Management Majors in National Higher Education Institutions.span>
