Instrument Introduction
Electron microscope is an instrument that uses electron beams and electromagnetic lenses to greatly magnify the fine structure of matter (resolution 0.2nm) based on the principles of electron optics. HITACHI H-7650 transmission electron microscope is commonly used for observing the ultrastructure of biological tissues and cells.
Instrument Features:
• Uses HITACHI's unique double-slit objective lens to obtain unique characteristics of low magnification, large field of view, and high contrast imaging.
• Equipped with a high-sensitivity CCD camera, which has the function of low-dose electron beam imaging. The sensitivity of the CCD camera is about 40 times higher than that of a typical optical camera.
• The CCD camera and microscope are a complete unit, providing a friendly operating environment.
• Has more automation functions, such as automatic focusing, automatic astigmatism correction, and automatic photography.
• It has image database function, measurement, image filtering function, etc.
• It also has strong extension functions, such as 3D reconstruction.
