🔍    The work focuses on multiscale optical imaging and its applications in neuroscience and biomedical research, with particular interests in cortical information encoding and decoding and the neural mechanisms underlying decision-making. Methodological approaches encompass optical imaging, animal behavioral studies, and physiological recordings, together with experimental design, imaging method optimization, multimodal data analysis, image processing, quantitative analysis, and the development of customized analytical tools. These activities provide methodological and technical support for interdisciplinary biomedical research involving biological structure, function, metabolism, and development.
