一般不超过40周岁，具有海内外知名大学博士学位及科研工作经历。研究领域符合医学院学科发展方向，具有良好的发展潜力。

 Introduction of Forum

In order to accelerate the construction of first-class medical colleges and medical disciplines, improve the talent training system of both training and introduction，we gather outstanding young medical innovative talents at home and abroad through the form of online cloud forum, promote medical academic exchanges and cooperation, and help build the Medical college with "World-class, Chinese characteristics, Shanghai style and SJTUSM specialty".

Invited object：

The applicant is generally under the age of 40 and have a doctoral degree and research experience from an internationally renowned university. The research field of the applicant accords with the development direction of medical college and has good development potential.
