一、分论坛介绍

2022年9月召开的上海交通大学医学院国际青年学者云论坛分论坛—医学教育国际化发展分论坛，由上海交通大学医学院主办，上海-渥太华联合医学院承办，聚焦国际医学教育，分享前沿学术成果，开拓视野、博采学术、凝聚共识，不断拓展国际交流与合作，吸引更多海内外优秀教师加盟医学院，投身医学院医学教育和人才培养，共同为推动医学教育国际化发展贡献积极力量。

二、承办单位介绍

上海-渥太华联合医学院成立于2014年，承担由上海交通大学与加拿大渥太华大学合作举办的临床医学专业本科教育项目。学院结合北美和国内医学院校教育标准构建卓越医学创新人才国际化培养新模式，形成以学生为中心的多元化教学模式，重视社会责任教育、早期社区实践教学和医学生领导力的培养。（更多详情）

三、论坛主席介绍

论坛主席：邵莉

邵莉，医学博士，研究员，现任上海交通大学医学院教务处处长、上海交通大学医学院上海-渥太华联合医学院执行院长、上海交通大学医学院中国医院发展研究院医学教育研究所常务副所长、加拿大渥太华大学医学院客座教授。主要从事医学教育管理与研究以及支气管哮喘等变态反应性疾病的临床与基础研究，近年以第一完成人和参与者获得国家级、市级和校级教学成果奖及教学研究项目共三十余项。

论坛主席：Neil Turner

Neil Turner, 肾脏病学教授, 爱丁堡大学医学院和兽医学院教授级研究员。他致力于自身免疫的分子基础和基底膜结构的研究,曾担任爱丁堡本科医学的负责人，从事国际肾脏病学教学，以及非洲（马拉维）医学本科教学。Neil教授创立了内科医学在线研究生硕士项目，以及线上线下相结合的医学课程，帮助其他医疗保健专业人员获得医学学位。

The Sub-forum on Internationalization of Medical Education

1. Forum Introduction

Sponsored by Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, organized by Ottawa-Shanghai Joint School of Medicine，the Sub-Forum of Distinguished Young Scholar on Internationalization of Medical Education will be held in September 2022. Through the forum, we will focus on medical education expertise, share cutting-edge academic achievements and experiences, broaden our vision and seek for sustainable  cooperation and exchanges. We aim to attract more outstanding talents from all over the world to devote into medical education and push forward the international development of medical education.

2. Organizer Introduction

Ottawa-Shanghai Joint School of Medicine was established in 2014. It undertakes the joint undergraduate medical education program organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the University of Ottawa. Based on the standards of both North American and Chinese medical education, the school builds a new education model for medical experts with global vision,  which focuses on student-centered diversified teaching methods, highlights social accountability, community activities and leadership development.

3. President Introduction

Prof. Shao Li, MD, Ph. D, researcher, is currently the Director of Academic Affairs Office of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Executive Dean of Ottawa-Shanghai Joint School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Executive Deputy Director of Institute of Medical Education, China Hospital Development Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, visiting professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa, Canada. She is mainly engaged in medical education management and research, as well as clinical and basic research on allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma. In recent years, she has won more than 30 teaching achievement awards and teaching research projects of national, municipal and university-level as the first corresponding author.

Prof. Neil Turner, Professor of Nephrology. Professorial Fellow, College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, University of Edinburgh. His previous research was into the molecular basis of autoimmunity and basement membrane structure. Previous lead for Undergraduate Medicine in Edinburgh. Involved in international teaching in nephrology, and undergraduate teaching in medicine in Africa (Malawi). Founder of an online postgraduate MSc in Internal Medicine, and a novel, partially part-time and part-online course for other healthcare professionals to gain a medical degree, HCP-Med.
