Lab Info：Our laboratory aims to integrate molecular design with delivery strategies to engineer innovative therapeutics and tools addressing current clinical challenges. With a focus on the targeted protein degradation field, we employ an interdisciplinary approach that combines chemical biology, medicinal chemistry, drug delivery, and biomedical engineering to advance research across three interconnected themes: (1) designing and synthesizing functional molecules; (2) elucidating their mechanisms of action under disease conditions; (3) incorporating them into advanced delivery systems for therapeutic applications. Research from our group has been published in high-impact journals, including Nature Biotechnology, Nature Reviews Clinical Oncology, Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS), and Chemical Society Reviews. We have also filed multiple PCT international patents, U.S. patents, and Chinese invention patents.
