李辰博士毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所，获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位；2006-2020，中国科学院上海生命科学研究院，生物化学与细胞生物学研究所，期间聘任为副研究员。2020年3月加入上海交通大学医学院公共卫生学院单细胞组学与疾病研究中心，任蛋白质组学与代谢组学平台主任。

主要从事单细胞与空间分辨蛋白质组技术的开发与应用；质谱技术的开发及其在癌症、疾病动物模型、心血管疾病和信号转导途径研究的应用；结直肠癌、胰腺癌、肺癌的蛋白质基因组学等多组学研究。发表SCI研究论文24篇（Cancer Cell, Genom. Proteom. Bioinf., Cell Discov., J Mol Cell Biol., Cell Res., Nat Chem Biol.等），参与编撰国际系列丛书1部，参与编撰科学书籍1部。参与申请中国发明专利27项，其中12项获得授权。主持国家及省部级项目3项，参与科技部973计划、国自然重大研究计划、国家重点研发计划重点专项、中科院战略性先导科技专项等10项。获赛诺菲—中科院上海生科院优秀青年人才奖励基金，入选上海市科技专家库、浦东新区科技专家库。担任GPB、WJG等期刊审稿人。
