个人简介:

2009年于山东大学获软件工程学士学位，2013年于香港城市大学计算机系获得生物信息学博士学位。2014-2019年于美国哥伦比亚大学医学中心系统生物学系从事博士后研究并晋升为副研究员。2019-2023年在中国科学院生物物理所任研究员。于2023年加入上海交通大学医学院公共卫生学院。长期从事生物信息学研究，致力于用计算手段解决重要的生物医学问题，文章发表在Cell, Nature Immunology, Cell Reports等期刊上，其中三篇入选ESI高被引用论文。入选2020年度“中国科协青年人才托举工程”计划，获得2021年度生物信息学十大进展奖项。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项，作为子课题组长负责国家科技部科技创新2030重大项目一项，作为项目骨干参与科技部国家重点基础研究发展计划一项。

研究方向:

1. 运用单细胞多组学大数据分析建模细胞在健康/疾病状态下的细胞亚群发育分化路径及关键调控转录因子。

2. 开发新型单细胞多组学数据分析工具和数据库。
