药学部特色学科-精神科临床药学简介
临床药学是以病人为对象，药师直接参与临床药物治疗，通过对患者用药评估、实施药学监护、提供个体化用药建议等多种药学服务方式，以到达提高用药水平，保障患者用药安全的一门学科，是医院药学的一个分支。临床药学在20 世纪50 年代中后期首先由美国提出并创建，我国上世纪50年代已引进了临床药学的概念。近二十年来，随着医疗改革、医药改革的强势推进，一系列法规的颁布，将发挥药师在全民安全用药、合理用药上的作用提高到政府管理层面，并将处方点评纳入各级医院管理、业务及行风考核指标，彰显了药师发挥其职业价值的必要性和紧迫性，所以临床药学学科建设，药学人才的培养刻不容缓。
我院为精神专科医院，精神疾病病程长、复发率高，治疗手段以药物为主，患者需要长程的药学监护，以达到提高用药依从性、预防复发、及功能恢复等。为患者提高药学监护是临床药学工作的重要组成部分，对患者合理用药、减少及药物不良事件预防显得尤为重要。精神科临床药学学科的建设可望逐步推动精神临床药学工作模式建立，搭建精神科药学服务平台，促进人才梯队的建设，培养合格的精神科临床药师，为精神科临床药师的规范化培养，树立精神科临床药学的地位，做出我院在该领域应有的贡献。
药学部作为医院一级科室，下设有药库、药房（门急诊、住院）、临床药学室、药品不良反应监测办等部门，负责医院药品供应及药事管理工作。现拥有工作人员54人，其中主任药师1人，副主任药师2人，主管药师8人、硕士占10%，本科占全科人数的70%以上。
专职临床药师4人（三名硕士），目前服务于儿少精神科、老年精神科、情感障碍科。同时开展药学相关课题研究，论文及综述发表在sci 及国内核心有40余篇；论文在各级学术会议上多次获奖。自2015年迄今，药学部每年举办以“精神科临床药学新进展”为主题的全国继续教育培训班，为全国精神科药学工作者学习交流搭建平台，促进了精神科临床药学工作全方位的互动与沟通，很好的扩大了精神科临床药学在全国的影响。
精神科临床药学学科建设目标：1.开发精神科药物治疗合理用药数据库，形成智能化审方系统，为处方点评提供合理的判断标准。2.与相关科室合作，建立个体化药学服务平台，通过血药浓度检测及药物基因检测，为临床提供合理化用药方案。3.形成符合精神疾病特点的药学监护模式，为病人提供从住院起到出院后的全程化的药学服务。4.开展药学门诊，为更多的患者提供药学服务等。5.从不同角度，不同层次，不同方法培养临床药师，并借助临床药师绩效考核体系，保障临床药师队伍的稳定和发展，形成人才梯队等。
通过学科建设最终形成既能提供药事管理、又兼具审方技能、药学服务技能、教学、科研能力于一体的高素质的临床药师团队，为保障患者用药安全，减少用药差错，提高合理用药起到应有的作用。

Clinical pharmacy is a branch of hospital pharmacy, which is a discipline that takes patients as the object and pharmacists directly participate in clinical drug treatment, and improves the medication level and ensures the medication safety of patients through various pharmaceutical service methods, such as drug assessment, pharmaceutical monitoring and individualized medication advice. Clinical pharmacy was first proposed and established by the United States in the middle and late 1950s, and the concept of clinical pharmacy was introduced in China in the 1950s. For nearly two decades, with the strength of the medical reform, a series of regulations were promulgated, and pharmacists will play an important role on the national safe drug use and rational drug use. Prescription reviews included in all levels of hospital management, business and performance assessment indicators, Highlights the necessity and urgency of pharmacists to play their professional value. Therefore, it is urgent to standardize the construction of clinical pharmacy and cultivate talent echelon.
Our hospital is a specialized psychiatric hospital with a long course of mental illness and a high recurrence rate. The treatment means are mainly drugs, and patients need long-term pharmaceutical care to improve medication compliance, prevent recurrence, and restore functions. It is an important part of clinical pharmacy work to improve pharmaceutical care for patients, which is particularly important for rational drug use, reduction and prevention of adverse drug events. Psychiatric clinical pharmacy discipline construction is expected to gradually push the spirit of clinical pharmacy work model, build psychiatric pharmacy service platform, promote the construction of talent team, cultivate the spirit of the qualified clinical pharmacists, to standardize the training for psychiatric clinical pharmacists, sets up the psychiatric status of clinical pharmacy, and make our due contribution in this field.
The pharmacy department, as a first-level department of the hospital, consists of drug storehouse, pharmacy (outpatient and emergency department, hospitalization), clinical pharmacy department, adverse drug reaction monitoring office and other departments, responsible for the supply of drugs and drug management in the hospital. At present, there are 54 staff, including 1 chief pharmacist, 2 deputy chief pharmacists, 8 chief pharmacists, 10% master's degree, and over 70% bachelor's degree. There are 4 full-time clinical pharmacists (3 masters), currently serving in the department of pediatrics and juvenile psychiatry, the department of geriatric psychiatry and the department of affective disorder. At the same time, we also carried out research on pharmaceutical related topics, and more than 40 papers and reviews were published in sci and domestic core journals. The thesis has won many awards in academic conferences at all levels. Since 2015, the Pharmacy Department holds a national continuing education training course on the theme of “New Progress in Psychiatric Clinical Pharmacy”, which provides a platform for the study and exchange of psychiatric pharmacy workers and promotes all-round interaction and communication in psychiatric clinical pharmacy work. And it expanded the influence of psychiatric clinical pharmacy greatly across the country.
Psychiatric clinical pharmacy discipline construction goal: 1. development of a rational drug database for psychiatric drugs, and an intelligent trial system set up to provide a reasonable judgment standard for prescription reviews. 2.Cooperate with relevant departments to establish new blood drug concentration determination methods and explore new functional gene loci in order to provide individualized pharmaceutical services for the clinic. 3. Form a mature pharmaceutical monitoring mode, offering a full range of pharmaceutical services. 4. Carry out pharmacy clinic, and provide pharmaceutical services for more patients, etc. 5. Cultivate clinical pharmacists from different angles, different levels, and different methods, and with the help of performance appraisal system to ensure the stability and development of the clinical pharmacist team, forming a talent echelon.
Through the discipline construction, the high-quality clinical pharmacists who can provide pharmacy management, scientific research, pharmacy service skills and teaching capabilities will be formed to ensure the safety of patients, reduce medication errors, and improve rational use of drugs.
