影像科创建于1937年建院之初，是中国最早儿童影像医学专科，参与创建了中华放射学会儿科学组，钱梓静教授任首届副组长且顾莱莱、韩燕乔主任等先后任委员。顾莱莱、王舒教授系国务院津贴专家，顾教授因率先推广儿童空灌整复术而于1987年荣获国际小儿放射学界最高荣誉——JOHN CAFFEY AWARD，王教授团队1980年代率先开展了小儿介入治疗。顾、韩两位主任曾任上海市卫生系列“高评委”，后者还主持制定了上海市儿童胃肠造影技术规范与质控标准。现任科主任杨秀军教授系医学博士、主任医师、博导，中华放射学会儿科专委会委员、中华儿科学会放射学组委员和多本学术期刊编委等。科室现有博士、硕士及各级医技人员40余人。影像科在2018 年持续改进、优化工作流程，提升了管理效能和服务能级，其中CT检查全天候、MRI检查“双休”无休，业务量增长近15%，成功开展了骨龄人工智能检查等新技术、新项目，最大程度地满足了临床及患家需求。落实政府西部开发振兴战略，克服本学科医师不足之困难，派出副高级医师对口援助帮扶镇雄县人民医院放射科，首开我院影像医学援助帮扶之新河，实现儿科影像医学扶贫零突破。在研省部级、局级科研课题各2项，作为共同负责人新增市经信委科研课题1项，其中骨龄AI研究冲击医学研究前沿，亮剑CHIMA并获同行好评，且率先上线、成功并行运行于医院真实场景，赋能儿科影像学，把论文写在了儿童健康上，增色智慧医院、添彩儿医。发表论著4篇，参写专著1部。同时，成功举办了第五届上海儿科影像高峰论坛及《小儿影像医学新技术、新进展》[项目编号2018-09-04-059（国）]、《小儿影像与介入医学新进展》[项目编号2018-01-043（国）]2个国家级继续教育学习班，反响良好。接收了5名进修生、7名住培医师及4名研究生的儿科影像学专业进修、学习。首次成为上海市放射学会委员及副组长单位，新增全国及地区专业学组委员各5名，当选中国信息协会医疗卫生和健康产业分会医学人工智能学组副主委1名。科室新增高端全新超高端CT设备1台（GE Revolution CT）。
Department of Medical Imaging
In 2017, the imaging department improved and optimized working processes continuously ,management efficiency has been promoted. In terms of routine outpatient and inpatient diagnosis and treatment, the appointment time of GI and Barium Enema [1] has been shortened from three months to one day; the appointment time of MRI has been shortened from two months to three days, and DSA opens for 24 hours a day to fully meet the demands of clinical and patient needs. Business of the department grew more than 15%, and it successfully carries out pediatric coronary CTA examination with 64-rowspiral CT which has filled the gap in this field of our hospital ,and has provided reliable non-invasive examination and decisionmaking basis for diseases such as Kawasaki disease. Furthermore, a one-stop new technology of CTU and CTA( which was called CTUA) based on second innovation has also been developed, which has realized one-time medication, one-times canning, and imaging of kidney vessel and urinary tract at the same time. The project also won the award of the excellent project of the scientific and technological innovation "Starlight Program" of medical staff in Shanghai.
