上海市儿童医院骨科简介
我院为上海交通大学附属上海市儿童医院,我院骨科是全国最早成立的骨科专科病房之一,目前开放床位36张,高级职称5人、博士5人、硕士6人,我科的医疗技术水平在上海市乃至全国处于领先水平,具有明显的带头作用。
近年来,我科不断攀登医疗高峰,相继开展脊柱侧弯、严重马蹄足畸形矫治及三维步态分析技术等高难度新技术。2016 年,我科引进TSF 技术并在国内儿童骨科领域开展了第1 例TSF 下肢畸形矫治的案例、取得显著疗效,2017 年我科进一步通过TSF 技术相继顺利成功治疗了5 例难治性下肢畸形患儿,患儿及家属对治疗疗效非常满意,我科是国内首家应用TSF 技术的儿童专科医院,成功开展此技术标志我科在下肢畸形矫治中处于国内领先水平。
我科存在大量先天性、遗传性相关性骨骼肌肉疾病,如发育性髋关节发育不良、多发性骨软骨瘤、脊柱侧弯、马蹄足畸形等,这些疾病的诊断和治疗方案均较明确,但这些疾病的遗传流行病学资料全世界都缺乏,发病原因和发病机制至今不明,有较大深入研究的空间。
Department of Orthopedics
Shanghai children's hospital is affiliated to of Shanghai jiaotong university. The orthopedics department of our hospital is one of the earliest orthopedics specialized wards established in China. Currently, there are 36 open beds with 5 senior doctors, 5 doctors and 6 masters. The medical technology level of our department is at the leading level in Shanghai and even the whole country, which plays an obvious leading role.
In recent years, our department has continuously climbed the medical peak, and successively carried out high-difficult new techniques such as scoliosis correction, severe clubfoot deformity correction and three-dimensional gait analysis technology. In 2016, our department introduced the TSF technology and carried out the first case of lower limb deformity correction using TSF in pediatric orthopedics in China, achieving remarkable curative effect. In 2017, our department have successfully treated 5 cases of severe lowerlimb deformity using TSF technique, and the children and their families are very satisfied with the curative effect. Our department is the first children specialist hospital to apply the TSF technology in China.
We have a large number of congenital, genetic correlation musculoskeletal diseases, such as developmental dysplasia of the hip, multiple osteochondroma, scoliosis, equinus deformity and so on. The diagnosis and treatment of these diseases are relatively clear, but the genetic epidemiology of disease around the world are lack of information, etiology and pathogenesis is unclear. These diseases leave us a large research space so far.
