中心实验室和生物样本库

中心实验室于2009 年由上海申康医院发展中心立项资助、医院提供配套支持建设而成，包括细胞、分子和形态学三大实验模块，为临床研究人员提供实验培训和科研交流。隶属于实验室管理的生物样本库于2012 年开始建设，在上海交通大学医学院“985 三期样本库建设” 和“ 上海市科委重大疾病生物样本库” 等项目支持下建设而成，包括样本操作区、存储区和信息管理区，为全院临床科室提供样本采集、处理和存储等服务，目前已建成以儿童肿瘤、遗传代谢和出生缺陷为特色的儿童疾病生物样本库。平台管理人员具有医学和生物学背景，主持多项国家级和市局级科研项目，为我院学科建设和人才培养提供服务。

Central Laboratory and Biobank
The central laboratory was set up in 2009 and funded by SHDC and the hospital. This platform consists of three experimental modules of cell, molecular and morphology, and provides experimental training courses and scientific communication for the clinical investigators. The biobank, which belongs to the management of central laboratory, started to be constructed in 2012 and has been completed under the support of the "The Construction of Biobank by phase-III 985 Project" from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and "Construction of BioBank Platform of Major Diseases" from Shanghai Science and Technology Committee. The Biobank platform also consists of three modules including the sample processing area, the storage area and the information management area. In this biobank platform, we provide services such as sample collection, processing, quality control and storage for the clinical departments of the whole hospital. This specialized pediatric biobank is characterized by pediatric tumors, genetic metabolism diseases and congenital birth defects. The staffs of these two platforms have both medical and biological background and preside over several scientific research projects of national and municipal level. We will provide services for the clinical disciplinary construction and talents cultivation of the hospital.
