随着就诊患者疾病谱的改变，我科在性发育异常疾病的基础研究及临床诊治方面都达到全国领先水平，起草了《性发育异常诊治共识》，实现了对这类患者从病因诊断、性腺功能判定、性别选择、伦理审核、外科矫形（联合泌尿外科）等连续性诊治。通过对高危孕母血液无创检测胎儿游离DNA，对部分遗传性疾病进行早期胎内诊断及胎内干预。接诊性腺发育障碍患者人数居全国首位，诊疗水平居全国前列。课题“ 尿代谢标志物对性早熟早期预警及营养和下丘脑GnRH 调控机制研究”，分别于2016 年获上海医学科技进步三等奖；2017 年获中国妇幼健康基金会颁发自然科学科技进步三等奖。

With the change of the disease spectrum of the patients, our department has reached the national leading level in the basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysplasia, and drafted the Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Sexual Dysplasia, which has realized the continuous diagnosis and treatment for such patients such as functional judgment of gonad, gender selection, ethical review and surgical orthopedics (combined urology). Early fetal diagnosis and intra-fetal intervention for some hereditary diseases were performed by non-invasive detection of fetal free DNA in high-risk pregnant mothers. The number of patients with gonadal developmental disorders ranked first in China, and the level of diagnosis and treatment ranked national forefront. The topic "the research on urinary metabolic markers for early warning of precocious puberty and nutrition and hypothalamic GnRH regulation mechanism" won the third prize of Shanghai Medical Scientific and Technological Progress Award in 2016; Awarded the third prize of Natural Scientific and Technological Progress issued by China Women and Children Health Foundation in 2017.
