近两年，心内科DSA 先心介入治疗已经十分成熟，不断尝试新的挑战，于2017年成功为一例降主动脉长段狭窄患儿连续植入两个血管支架，有效地解除了血管狭窄，改善了患儿难治性高血压。完成了8 例单腔起搏器的植入，累积了一定的操作经验。继而我科先后成功完成了ICD 植入术以及双腔起搏器植入术。我科在这类高难度手术中取得极大突破，开创了心内科DSA 治疗的新篇章，使我院心内科介入手术以及心律失常的治疗在全国儿科领域的名列前茅。

Department of Cardiology

In the past two years, DSA interventional therapy used by Department of Cardiology has been mature, in which new challenges are constantly being tried. In 2017, a child patient with a long descending aortic stenosis was successfully implanted with two vascular stents, which effectively relieving vascular stenosis and improving his refractory hypertension. Completed 8 cases of implantations of single-chamber pacemakers and accumulated some operational experience. Then our department successfully completed ICD implantation and double-chamber pacemaker implantation. Our department has made great breakthroughs in this kind of difficult surgery and created a new chapter of DSA treatment, which made the hospital's cardiology intervention and arrhythmia treatment come out top in the national pediatrics
