上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心药剂科
上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心药剂科是集儿童药学服务、教学和科研人才培养为一体的儿童专科药学学科,国家卫健委、中国医院协会临床药师培训基地,同时入选国家卫健委紧缺人才临床药师培训项目,国家卫健委首批驻科药师试点单位,中国医药教育协会合理用药示范基地。同时承担了上海交通大学医学院、上海健康医学院本科生的教学工作,上海健康医学院等院校药学专业专科、本科生实习带教。近年来,课题、论文、专利数量均保持增长。
科室设有门诊药房、血液药房、急诊药房、发热药房、手术药房、住院药房、中药颗粒剂药房、药库、PIVAS、OVAS、临床药学等部门。现有药学专业技术人员93名,其中中共党员25名。主任药师1名,副主任药师3名,博士学历5名,硕士学历18名。硕士研究生导师1人。
面对儿童专用剂型相对不足的挑战,上海儿童医学中心药剂科自1998年建院之初便实施了住院患者口服药的单剂量排药方式,不仅保障了患者用药剂量的精准,也极大地提升了用药安全。先后建立PIVAS、OVAS,实现了全院门急诊和住院患者静脉用药24小时集中配置,这一举措不仅保障了输液的质量,还加强了员工的个人防护,有效降低了院内耐药菌的产生,从而为医疗安全提供了更为坚实的保障。
临床药学现有20名专职临床药师,积极融入临床治疗团队,为医生提供合理用药的专业支持,通过药酶测定、治疗药物监测(TDM)、药物基因测定等先进技术,协助临床建立精准的个体化给药方案,提高临床疗效、降低药物不良反应的发生,确保临床用药的安全性、有效性、经济性和适宜性。
药剂科建立了“上海儿童医学中心药学服务”公众号,致力于通过发布科普文章和视频,普及合理用药的相关知识,同时,科室还积极组织线上和线下科普宣讲活动,提供用药咨询服务,全方位为儿童健康成长提供保障。
药剂科在日常业务管理、对外教学和科研方面取得了显著成绩,近五年先后获得国家级课题2项及省部级科研项目3项,累计新增课题10项,科研经费300余万,发表SCI论文20篇,中文论文10篇,编辑出版专著3部。举办国家级继续医学教育项目学习班1项。

Department of Pharmacy of Shanghai Children's Medical Center, Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, serves as a specialized pediatric pharmacy discipline integrating pediatric pharmaceutical services, education, and scientific researchers cultivation. It is designated as a training base for clinical pharmacists by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHC) and the Chinese Hospital Association (CHA). Additionally, it has been selected for the NHC's Clinical Pharmacist Training Program for Scarce Talents, and serves as a pilot site for the NHC's first-batch resident pharmacists. Furthermore, it is recognized as a Rational Drug Use Demonstration Base by the China Medical Education Association(CMEA).
The department has an outpatient pharmacy, a hematology pharmacy, an emergency pharmacy, a fever pharmacy, a surgical pharmacy, an inpatient pharmacy, a traditional Chinese medicine granule pharmacy, a drug storehouse, PIVAS, OVAS, a clinical pharmacy and other departments.The department boasts 93 pharmaceutical professionals, including 25 Communist Party members. Among them, there is 1 chief pharmacist, 3 deputy chief pharmacists, 5 with Ph.D. degrees, and 18 with Master's degrees. One of them serves as a graduate tutor for master's students.
Since its establishment in 1998, the Pharmacy Department has faced the challenge of inadequate pediatric-specific dosage forms and has implemented single-dose dispensing for inpatients' oral medications, ensuring precise medication dosing and significantly enhancing medication safety. It has establishedPIVAS(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services) and OVAS (Oral Medication Administration Services), achieving centralized of intravenous medications for outpatients, emergency patients and inpatients around the clock. This measure guarantees the quality of infusions, reinforces staff personal protection, and effectively reduces the emergence of hospital-acquired drug-resistant bacteria, thereby strengthening medical safety.
With 20 dedicated clinical pharmacists, the department actively integrates into clinical treatment teams, providing professional support for rational drug use. Utilizing advanced technologies such as drug enzyme assays, therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM), and drug gene testing, it assists in establishing precise individualized dosing regimens, enhancing clinical efficacy, reducing adverse drug reactions, and ensuring the safety, effectiveness, economy, and appropriateness of clinical medication use.
The department has established the "Shanghai Children's Medical Center Pharmacy Service" WeChat official account, dedicated to disseminating knowledge on rational drug use with popular science articles and videos. Additionally, it organizes both online and offline public outreach and education activities, offering medication consultation services to safeguard children's health in all aspects.
Inthepast5years, the department has made achievements in daily business management, external-oriented teaching and scientific research. Within the past five years, it has secured 2 national-level research projects and 3 provincial-level research projects, with a total of 10 newly added projects and over 3 million yuan in research funding. It has published 20 SCI papers, 10 Chinese papers, and edited 3 monographs. Furthermore, it has hosted 1 national continuing medical education project learning class.
