上海市儿童医院(上海交通大学医学院附属儿童)药学部
上海市儿童医院(上海交通大学医学院附属儿童医院)药学部忠实履行“为儿童服务就是幸福”的医院宗旨,坚守“文化立心、服务立命”的科室文化,2011年率先实施药品承诺制服务改革,努力践行药学服务的转型升级和高质量发展。学科坚持以临床药学为方向、个体化精准给药和药学科普为重点,利用药品调剂自动化、药学服务社会信息化等手段,服务社稷、以飨儿童。药学部是集药事管理、药学服务及科研教学为一体的综合性专业技术部门,现有药品质量监督、临床药学、个体化实验室、静脉配置中心、药品调剂、药品供应和临床试验管理等部门。配备药学专业技术人员108人,其中主任药师1人、副主任药师8人;硕士生导师1人;博士3人,硕士7人。负责全院药事管理、药品采购供应、药品调剂、临床药学服务、临床药师培训及临床试验管理等工作。
临床药学被列为药学部重点建设和发展学科。药学部先后被评为上海市临床药学重点专科、上海市重点薄弱学科建设单位、中华医学会首批临床药师培训带教基地、国家卫健委紧缺人才(药师岗位)培训基地和上海市药学会“药学科普学组”组长单位,是沈阳药科大学和蚌埠医科大学临床药学专业硕士研究生导师受聘单位,还是上海健康医学院药学本科生实习基地。现有临床药师11人,带教师资6人,服务于新生儿、神内、呼吸、肾内、心内、消化、PICU等多个临床专业,临床药师积极融入临床药物治疗团队,深度参与临床合理用药管控、疑难病例讨论和药品不良反应管理等,为临床医师、护士、患者提供全程化临床药学服务。
药学部受邀担任国家级学术专委会主任委员1人、副主任委员(含青委副主任委员)3人、省部级以上学术专委会委员(含青委)10余人、上海市健康科普专家1人;上海市“医苑新星”青年医学人才资助计划3人,上海市“科技创新行动计划”扬帆计划1人,上海市医学会优秀临床药师5人,上海市药学会优秀药师11人,上海交通大学医学院优秀青年药师5人。
团队围绕儿童个体化精准用药、安全合理用药科普、临床用药综合评价和药品不良反应挖掘等,长期开展系列研究。近年来,药学部先后获批立项课题30余项(国家级2项、省部级7项、局级16项、其他10余项)。荣获中国医院协会医院科技创新三等奖、中华医学科技奖-卫生管理奖、上海市药学科技奖(应用类)二等奖等。以第一/通讯作者发表论文近100篇,其中SCI40余篇。作为上海市药学会“药学科普学组”组长单位和中国药理学会TDM研究专委会青委副主委单位,执笔了《药师开展科普活动专家共识》和《医疗机构药事管理与药学服务》团体标准分册《临床药学服务—治疗药物监测》,还参编了《治疗药物监测指南的制订指南》和《实体器官移植他克莫司个体化治疗专家共识》等指南/专家共识/规范6个。主编、副主编和参编《常见疾病临床药学监护案例分析-小儿感染性疾病分册》、《中国家庭用药手册》和《精准医疗与药物个体化治疗实操手册》等专著8部。
近年来,药学部经过不断发展,荣获上海市医务职工科技创新“星光计划”二等奖、上海市临床药事管理优秀单位、上海市优秀服务示范窗口、上海市青年文明号、上海市首届药学科普大赛二等奖、上海市卫生健康行业“青年文明号”、上海申康医院发展中心“脱贫攻坚”专项集体记功、上海市合理用药系列宣传教育活动“先进集体”称号。成功举办七届国家级继续教育学习班“儿童个体化基因检测及药物治疗新进展”和“儿童用药评价研讨会”等,为推动儿童个体化精准合理用药起到了积极作用。应邀在国内外学术会议中进行儿童人群药物治疗管理、精准用药服务、药学科普等工作经验分享。

Uptonow, itcomprises seven sub-disciplines:pharmaceuticalquality supervision, clinical pharmacy,personalizedmedicinelaboratory, intravenous configuration center, pharmaceuticaldispensing, pharmaceuticalsupply, clinical trial management.Department of Pharmacyis staffed with108 pharmacy professionals and technicians, including 1 chief pharmacist, 8 deputy chief pharmacists, 1 master's tutor, 3 Doctors of Philosophy, and 7 Master degree holders. Department of Pharmacy is responsible for hospital-wide pharmaceutical procurement and supply of pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical dispensing, clinical pharmacy service, clinical pharmacist training, and clinical trial management.
Clinical Pharmacyhas been established as a key discipline for development within the Department of Pharmacy. Clinical Pharmacy has successively been recognized as a Shanghai Municipal Key Specialty in Clinical Pharmacy, a construction unit for key weak disciplines of Shanghai, one of the first training bases for clinical pharmacists by the Chinese Medical Association, a training base for scarce talents (pharmacist positions) by the National Health Commission, and the leader unit of the "Group of Pharmaceutical SciencePopularization," by the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association. It serves as an employment unit for graduate student tutors in the clinical pharmacy specialty from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and Bengbu Medical University, and also acts as an internship base for undergraduate pharmacy students from Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences. The discipline currently staffs eleven clinical pharmacists (six person with supervising faculty), serving multiple clinical specialties including neonatology, neurology, respiratory medicine, nephrology, cardiology, gastroenterology, and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Clinical pharmacists actively integrate into the clinical drug therapy teams, deeply participating in the management of rational drug use, discussions of complex cases, and the management of adverse drug reactions, thereby providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to clinicians, nurses, and patient.
Department of Pharmacy has been invited to take on significant roles in national academic committees, with one person serving as the director, three as deputy directors (including deputy directors of the youth committee), and over ten individuals as members of provincial and ministerial-level academic committees (including youth committee members). Additionally, one person is recognized as a Shanghai Municipal Health Science Popularization Expert, three individuals are recipients of theShanghai “Rising Stars of Medical Talents” Youth Development Program, one person is a recipient of theShanghai Sailing Program,five person are recognized as excellent clinical pharmacists by the Shanghai Medical Association, eleven person are recognized as excellent pharmacists by the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association, and five person are recognized as outstanding young pharmacists by the School of Medicine,Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
The team has long been engaged in a series of research focusing on the individualized and precise medication, the popularization of safe and rational medication use, comprehensive evaluation of clinical medication, and mining of adverse drug reactionsfor children. In recent years, the Pharmacy Department has successively approved and initiated more than 30 projects (2 national level, 7 provincial and ministerial level, 16 bureau level, and more than 10 other projects). It has won awards such as the third prize of the Hospital Science and Technology Innovation Award of the Chinese Hospital Association, the Health Management Award of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, and the second prize of the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Science and Technology Award (Applied Category). Nearly 100 papers have been published as the first or corresponding author, including more than 40 SCI papers. As the leader unit of the "Pharmacy Science Popularization Group" of the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association and the deputy leader unit of the Youth Committee of the TDM Research Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, the team has authored the "Expert Consensus on Pharmacists' Science Popularization Activities" and the "Clinical Pharmacy Service - Therapeutic Drug Monitoring" section of the "Medical Institution Pharmaceutical Management and Pharmacy Service" group standard. It has also participated in the compilation of 6 guidelines/expert consensus/standards such as the "Guidelines for the Development of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Guidelines" and the "Expert Consensus on Individualized Treatment of Tacrolimus in Solid Organ Transplantation". The team has edited, co-edited, and participated in the compilation of 8 monographs such as "Case Analysis of Clinical Pharmacy Care for Common Diseases-Pediatric Infectious Disease Section", "Chinese Family Medication Manual", and "Practical Manual for Precision Medicine and Individualized Drug Therapy".
In recent years, Department of Pharmacy has seen continuous development and has been honored with several awards, including the second prize of the Shanghai Medical and Health Workers' Science and Technology Innovation "Starlight Plan", Shanghai Excellent Unit of Clinical Pharmaceutical Management, Shanghai Outstanding Service Demonstration Window, Shanghai Youth Civilization, the second prize of First Pharmaceutical Science Popularization Competition of Shanghai ,"Youth Civilization Number" of ShanghaiHealthcare Industry, a special collective commendation for "Poverty Alleviation" awarded by the Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center, and the title of "Advanced Collective" in the Shanghai Rational Drug Use Series of Publicity and Education Activities. Department of Pharmacy have successfully held seven sessions of the national-level continuing education class "New Advances in Pediatric Individualized Gene Detection and Drug Therapy" and the "Pediatric Drug Evaluation Seminar," which have played an critical role in promoting the individualized, precise, and rational use of drugs in children. Department of Pharmacy have been invited to share our work experience about children in Medication Therapy Management, Precision Medication Services, and Pharmaceutical Science Popularization at at domestic and internationalacademic conferences.
